  • Underwriting loan applications by assessing clients' credit history and information from Equifax and land registry.
  • Understanding and apply lender underwriting criteria to meet clients' needs.
  • Calculating loan repayments based on clients' income.
  • Providing advised sales tailored to clients' circumstances.
  • Supporting team members as needed.
  • Working to and achieve targets.
