Operations Manager

Office Based, 8am - 4.30pm
As the Operations Manager within the Building Services team, you will lead, inspire, and motivate a small but very talented team to achieve outstanding results. This key position will involve:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Acting as the deputy for the Operations Director, contributing to the strategic direction of the department.
- Driving innovative practises to enhance service contracts alongside project colleagues.
- Assist with the set up and implementation of new contracts
- Work closely with other managers
- Leading performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and setting achievable goals aligned with business objectives.
- Addressing customer complaints with urgency and ensuring efficient job processing to maintain client satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team and clear, demonstrable experience of managing people
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and strong IT literacy.
- A minimum of three years in a similar operations management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of construction, engineering or a similar industry would be an advantage along with knowledge of Simpro systems
