Description

The Part Time Payroll specialist role is a temporary assignment working 3 days per week either Hybrid in the Macclesfield office- 1 day per week or fully remote.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Key responsibilities will include:

Process monthly payroll for 310 employees for our UK entity
Required knowledge of maternity / sickness calculations
Post monthly journals into accounting system
Monthly payroll analysis by person with supporting commentary
Filing of pension information with pension providers
Reconciliation of payroll Balance Sheet accounts
Respond to any queries from internal employees with any payroll queries they may have

Profile
