Quantity Surveyors/Cost Manager required to work on large scale infrastructure projects.
Long term contract up to 2 years - Inside IR35
Cheshire East, North West - 4 days per week required on site.
Previous NEC Contracts & CEMAR experience essential.
Role Brief:
To provide an efficient and effective Quantity Surveying service to meet all cost and contract management requirements.
-Develop initial Cost Breakdown structure (CBS), support the development of the WBS and ensure alignment between them
-Load estimating data into relevant systems and use the estimating and data systems in line with company standards
-Manage and update monthly spend monitoring any in month and yearly changes and updating project graphs.
-Producing monthly portfolio reports
-Develop, input into and maintain the cost database
-Validate and certify payments in line with contract terms and conditions.
-Review monthly cost applications from suppliers and raise payment certificates.
-Produce and provide monthly updated Cost Reports updating Anticipated Final Cost (AFC) forecasts.
-Produce and provide monthly updated Project cashflows.
