We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead this vibrant team. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all restaurant operations with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of food and service, health and safety
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing restaurant team. Schedule staff and oversee payroll administration
- Ensure all guests receive outstanding service, including managing feedback and resolving any issues promptly
- Monitor budgets and financial plans, work towards meeting or exceeding targets
- Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the restaurant, introduce new menus, and organize events
Restaurant Manager Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally within a high-volume or fine dining setting
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of people
- Highly organized with a capability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges
- Relevant hospitality qualification is preferred but not essential
