Academics are working with a lovely Primary School in Nether Alderley who are in need of an SEN Teaching Assistant to aid a student academically.
This role would be supporting a delightful Year 1 boy who requires support accessing the curriculum. The school are seeking someone that can occupy the role 3 half-days across the week, but the successful candidate may be able to gain support through Academics to find work around this to fill a full-time role if that is the candidate's preference.
What you will be doing as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Providing crucial support to the Year 1 student to help keep them on task and learning
- Understanding what strategies help this student out for continuity
- Helping develop academic skills to provide the best learning experience
- Keeping the student safe during school hours
