Reed Accountancy are delighted to be supporting a Maidenhead based client with an Accounts Payable Clerk requirement. This opportunity is initially a 4 week assignment, but could be extended. The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start a new contract in the first week of January.Â
This opportunity is suited to someone who is immediately available and looking for 15-20 hours per week across 3 to 4 days.Â
The day to day of this Accounts Payable role:
- Scanning and uploading invoices onto the system
- Cross-referencing spreadsheets to ensure invoices are coded correctly
- Manually processing and coding invoices whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Managing invoicing tasks to ensure timely and correct processing, enabling invoices to be paid on time
- Processing expenses
- Supporting with payment runs
Required skills and qualifications for this Accounts Payable opportunity:
- Training provided
- Ability to start immediately
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling invoices
- Proficiency in Netsuite or Oracle (essential)
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment carrying out a high volume of work
