Reed Accountancy are thrilled to be exclusively working with a Maidenhead based Property business seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This is a full time, permanent role offering hybrid working of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home,

Working in a team of two and reporting into the Finance Manager as well as working closely with International team members, you will be responsible for the daily purchase ledger function.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to,

  • Management of AP ledger, including direct processing and coding of operations and construction related invoices for all UK properties
  • Responsible for all weekly BACS payments
  • Input of cash disbursements and receipts into Sage
  • Coding and input of travel and entertainment expenses for management
  • Reconciliations

To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of Accounts Payable procedures and have the ability to prioritise your time effectively. Experience within multi currency would be advantageous but not essential along with a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships within the office and wider teams.

The role offers free onsite parking but would require you to be a driver due to the rural location. The office is also based on a property with horses and dogs, therefore being comfortable with animals is essential.
