Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Working with the Head of Estates ensure the school buildings, and the school site is maintained.
- Ensure all buildings and cleaning comply with H&S regulations.
- Manage all contractors onsite including security.
- Monitor and maintain the Facilities CAFM system.
- Oversee the BMS, biomass boilers & door controls.
- Manage the cyclical maintenance system.
- Responsible for school vehicles.
- Oversee the swimming pool and pool plant room.
- Coordinate grounds maintenance.
- Leadership of the maintenance and cleaning teams.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in a relevant facilities management role.
- Ideally hold a FM qualification.
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupation H&S.
- IWFM Membership or ability to gain membership.
- Natural leadership ability.
- Reside within a 30-minute commute to Maidenhead (out of hours on call if needed)
- Proficient in systems (MS Office).
