The Chef Manager is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations within the school, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing kitchen staff. This role involves menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional food service.

The Role

 Develop and implement seasonal, nutritious, and appealing menus that meet dietary requirements

 Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.

 Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

 Organize shift schedules and ensure team efficiency.

 Foster a positive and professional kitchen environment.

 Manage food and supply costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.

 Monitor stock levels and place timely orders to avoid waste and shortages.

 Maintain accurate records of expenses and work within budget constraints.

 Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to HACCP guidelines.
