Assistant Sales Manager in Maidenhead We’re offering candidates the chance to be part of a winning formula within the fastest growing independent estate agents in the local area. Set up in 2008 this dynamic company have grown to 8 leading branches located in Bucks, Berks and Middlesex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and progressive company with high reaching ambitions. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Sales manager to join and develop with a forward thinking independent Estate Agency. We are now searching for an experienced self-motivated individual who will work closely with our Sales Manager.You should have previous experience in Estate Agency of at least 2 years and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in making each branch the leading sales outfit within their relevant areas.

Key objectives:

• Mentor and meet with all team members on a weekly basis

• Generate potential valuation appointments for each branch

• Win new instructions• Engineering the touting system • Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services • Follow-up business leads • Achieve minimum levels of business targets

The ideal candidate will:

• Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement• Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills• Be highly organized• Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships• Display high standards of service and presentation

Experience / Qualifications:

- 5 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry - Previous listing experience, preferably within the area Benefits:

Hours

- Monday to Friday - 9am to 6.00pm- Saturdays - 9am to 4.00pm (Rotational Saturdays) - with a day off in lieu - 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Basic: ÂŁ30,000 (dependent on experience / calibre) ? Commission: Uncapped ? OTE: ÂŁ60,000
