The business is entering an exciting growth phase in the UK and looking for a strategic, people-focused leader with solid sales and commercial experience to help shape a high-performing sales team.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a motivated sales team, setting ambitious targets, and implementing effective strategies.
We are ideally looking for individuals from a service-lead sales background with proven experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing sales teams. Demonstrated success in managing a value-led sales process would also be beneficial
