Nursery Practitioner & EYFS Holiday Club Lead

The Role

They are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work with children aged 2–4 years. In this role, you'll provide structured play and development opportunities. Additionally, as the EYFS Holiday Club Lead, you'll deliver a high-quality play and childcare service during holiday care for children aged 2–4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
  • Encourage learning through play and engaging activities
  • Support children with meals, snacks, and personal hygiene
  • Keep accurate records of children's progress through observations
  • Plan and prepare activities for the classroom, ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Build positive relationships with parents, discussing children's daily progress
  • Lead the EYFS Holiday Club, ensuring fun and creative activities for children during the holidays
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with safety and child protection standards
