What You'll Be Doing:

Taking calls and emails from customers and airlines, championing their concerns and needs.Coordinating the collection and delivery of damaged items, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.Assessing customer luggage to determine warranty coverage and advising manufacturers accordingly.Collaborating closely with stores and customers, maintaining strong relationships in line with contractual requirements.
