What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries with a warm, helpful approach
- Managing and processing orders with accuracy
- Keeping customers in the loop with real-time updates on their orders
- Staying up-to-date with the latest products and services
- Collecting and reporting feedback to help us improve and stay ahead of the game
- Offering solutions and support in line with company policies
- Taking on other exciting tasks as they come up
What skills and experience do you need for this role?
- A customer service professional with great communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and a dynamic approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in a B2B environment
- Order processing experience
- Comfortable using MS Office and various IT systems
Extra points if you have:
- Worked with Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP systems
- Basic Photoshop
- Previous export experience
