Our client, a successful organization based in Maidenhead, is looking for a proactive and highly organized Customer Service Representative to join their small, close knit team.
Reporting into the Customer Service Supervisor, the successful candidate will liaise with clients on a daily basis providing a best in class service where attention to detail and accuracy is key.
The role is full time Monday to Friday and offers hybrid working 2 days a week. Salary is up to £30,000 plus company bonus and excellent benefits including 25 days holiday. Free parking.
Duties include
- Sales order management, processing orders via Oracle ERP system
- Dealing with telephone queries
- Take ownership of issues/enquiries on Sales Force offering solutions in a reasonable time frame while liaising with the customer
- Deal with product queries efficiently (product training will be given)
- Arranging returns of equipment
- Use Sales Force system to track and communicate issues/enquiries
- Manage pricing/product data
- Assist with audits
- Preparing quotes
- Adhoc tasks as requested, ordering stationery, arranging office lunches, filing etc
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service/order processing role
- Able to prioritise a busy workload effectively
- Attention to detail, processing accurate details
- Proactively reviewing existing processes to offer improvement
- Proactive with lots of initiative
- Excellent at building relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work under pressure to process same day requests
- Proficient in Excel and Word
