About you:

  • Must be a friendly, confident and a professional individual, able to liaise and adapt approach to customers/parts/colleagues alike
  • With training, able to work on your own, using good initiative and able to problem solve
  • Detail-orientated under pressure, in a fast paced environment
  • Confident managing a diary and customer expectations
  • Must have excellent computer skills with use of emails/excel/word. As well as swift ability to learn new systems - full training provided
  • Confidence in quoting/invoicing and handling cash/card machine

Some responsibilities to include:

  • Managing our bookings diary and updating our database accurately
  • Raising quotations and liaise with customers/suppliers/workshop
  • Understanding/handle supplier returns/credits
  • Invoicing & taking payments
  • Prepare MOT/Service reminders
  • Maintain filing system
  • Assist with COSHH & health & Safety folder
