Conference Producer (Remote, with Travel to Germany)

We are seeking an experienced Conference Producer to help shape and execute best-in-class tech events with engaging and innovative agendas. This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere, with some travel to Germany and Sweden required for event execution.

About the Role

As a Conference Producer, you will work closely with our content, sales, and marketing teams to curate and produce compelling conference programs for our events You will be responsible for developing industry-leading agendas, securing high-profile speakers, and ensuring the seamless execution of content-related aspects of our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze key trends, challenges, and innovations in the cloud service provider and managed service provider ecosystems.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and key market players.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft engaging agendas, identify keynote speakers, and manage speaker invitations in alignment with our marketing calendar.

  • Work with the sales team and clients to incorporate paid speaking opportunities in a way that is valuable for all stakeholders.

  • Participate in sales calls as needed to share the vision of the event agenda and contribute to client engagement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with advisory board members and key industry stakeholders.

  • Manage speaker logistics, including gathering photos, bios, and session descriptions.

  • Oversee agenda-related updates on event websites and apps.

  • Support content creation efforts by producing original blog posts, industry news roundups, and newsletters.

  • Assist the marketing team with agenda-related email content and social media posts.

Required experience
  • 3/5+ years of experience as a Conference Producer, Program Manager, Journalist, or Analyst—ideally in the technology space.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and international colleagues.
