What You’ll Be Doing

  • Mastering the Diaries: You’ll manage the calendars of senior leaders, handle meeting requests, and keep everything running smoothly with your top-notch organisational skills.
  • Planning Unforgettable Events: Get creative and take charge of events
  • Organising Travel: From booking flights to arranging accommodation, you’ll plan seamless travel for senior leaders, making sure every trip is smooth and stress-free.
  • Attending Company Events: Be a part of team nights out and fun social events, helping foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere among colleagues.
  • Some Travel Required: Occasionally, you’ll travel to other offices nationwide, assisting with key meetings and events while connecting with different teams.
  • Supporting the Team: You’ll work closely with the leadership team to manage meeting agendas, track action points, and ensure deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior leaders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
  • Superb organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
