Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist ready to make an impact? This prominent British gaming company are looking for a proactive individual to support their Head of Payroll, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations. Joining a high-performing team with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both four-weekly and salaried payrolls, ensuring accurate processing of payroll data.
  • Oversee business processes affecting payroll, including new hires, leavers, and updates.
  • Transfer weekly hours from the time and attendance system to payroll, troubleshooting any issues.
  • Handle first-line payroll queries via email, phone, and the internal service platform, escalating when necessary.
  • Process statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) with precision.
  • Liaise with HMRC and third-party companies.
  • Support pensions and auto-enrolment processes.
  • Assist with the end-to-end payroll process and ad-hoc support for Payroll Manager/Head of Payroll.
