Our client a well established, award winning independent Estate Agency based in Uxbridge are looking for an experienced Lettings Accounts Administrator to join their busy office. Dealing in Sales, Lettings and Property Management, they are the leading sales and lettings agent in Uxbridge and the surrounding area. Their experienced team has an ongoing commitment to delivering the finest range of estate agency and property services in an efficient and effective manner with the customers best interest at heart.

The ideal candidate must have excellent problem solving skills, previous experience in accounts and be able to deal with and resolve complex accounting issues.

Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Accounts Administrator role include:

  • Basic 25,000 - 30,000 Pro Rata DOE

The duties and responsibilities for the role of Lettings Accounts Administrator include:

  • Receipting in rents and paying over landlords
  • Processing new move in monies
  • Registering and paying deposits to deposit protection schemes
  • Managing deposit returns at the point of sending monies to landlord and tenant
  • Accounts reporting to Lettings manager
  • Resolving accounts queries
  • Processing and paying contractor invoices
  • Chasing rent arrears

Skills and experience needed for the role of Lettings Accounts Administrator will include:

  • Must have financial experience
  • Be a team player
  • Have the ability to work independently
  • Be able to use own initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
