Document Co ordinator position!!!!

Must have experience within the construction Industry as a Document Controller

Oversee the storage, categorization, and retrieval of both electronic and physical documents to ensure easy access and traceability.

Review, verify, and validate documents for accuracy and completeness, making corrections where necessary (QA Checks).

Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

Liaise with various departments to integrate data and ensure consistency in documentation practises.

Communicate Asite updates.

Responsible for taking minutes and distribution of action points.

Adding new users onto Asite.

Managing deadlines and ensuring all updates/checks are completed on a timely basis.

Responsible for generating system-based reports on a regular basis.

Fieldview & Asite support.

Creating guides for Electronic Document Management Systems for specific departments.

On-going department process reviews for Asite supporting with the roll out of Asite and workshops.

Fieldview QR codes distribution.

Fieldview invitation distribution.

Troubleshooting End User issues.

Adhoc Duties.

Person Specification

Previous experience in Document Control or working with Electronic Document Management Systems. (Required)

Friendly and approachable.

Good administration experience and organisational skills.

Proactive, driven person who pays close attention to detail and works well under pressure.

Self motivated and organised.

Take ownership of tasks given.

Good level of IT skills.

Proficient problem solving skills
