We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager to join our clients team, leading and inspiring their staff while overseeing daily operations. Your commitment will be essential in ensuring our client remains a leader in their industry

Candidate Requirements
  • Possess a background with a 5 Star / Rosette rating or equivalent
  • Have experience as a Deputy General Manager or Hotel Manager in a similar luxury property
  • Preferably demonstrable knowledge of luxury food, beverage and event operations
  • Demonstrate the ability to coach, lead and inspire our team
  • Embrace a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Express commitment in providing exceptional care to our team and to our guests
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in contributing to our ongoing improvement efforts
  • Display financial acumen
  • Be a quick thinker with a drive for excellence
