Our client is a dynamic Housing Association, based in Maidenhead,  providing Safe, Satisfied and Sustainable services to their residents.

This role is urgent, the salary is good and we have been tasked to get some candidates interested straight away. The role is Head Office based and ideally you will be living in or around the area they cover (there is free parking available).

The organisation is a medium sized, community focused Housing Association offering affordable homes to rent, shared ownership schemes, market rent properties, key worker housing and specialist accommodation for older people and people who need support and care to live within the community. They own, manage and maintain more than 7,500 homes which are backed up by a range of housing services, including their own professional team of trades staff who provide a comprehensive maintenance service. You will need to have Social Housing experience with qualifications or the experience detailed in the individual Job Descriptions to be considered.

As Head of Repairs you will Manage 7 direct reports, including the Gas and Plumbing Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, 2 Responsive Supervisors, Voids Surveyor, Voids Co-ordinator, and Contracts Supervisor (of the works planning team) with a Salary of c.£74,000 or equivalent day rate.
