IT Service Desk Technician - Maidenhead - £25K-£28K DOE

Due to recent promotions and internal growth, well-established IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Maidenhead are looking to expand their service desk.

As a leading technology company, you will become part of a reputable organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional services to end users across the UK. The team is expanding across the business, and you will be joining a proactive, and strongly motivated team. Key Skills required:

  • Previous experience in either an MSP support desk or field/customer facing role
  • Windows 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience
  • Office 365 administration e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
  • Active Directory/AzureAD
  • Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Intune and EntraID experience
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports
  • Full UK Drivers licence - essential

The roles and responsibilities of the role include administering 1st Line support requests, accurate call logging and relevant escalation when necessary. Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment and line management whilst sharing experience and skills where applicable.
