Are you a talented Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for automation and robotics? We’re looking for someone like you to join our client’s team and drive cutting-edge automation projects in their manufacturing facility. If you're eager to make an impact by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering top-level results, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Design and implement innovative automation and robotic systems to streamline production.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot automation systems and recommend solutions for repairs or upgrades.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure automation solutions meet both operational needs and industry regulations.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by optimizing designs for automation.
  • Simulate and refine automated processes, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Develop inspection strategies using the latest vision and sensor technologies.

 

What We're Looking For in a Manufacturing Engineer:

  • 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in Automation or Robotics.
  • Advanced skills in RAPID programming and C++.
  • Hands-on experience with robotic assembly line simulations and sensor vision systems (Cognex, Keyence).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a background in robot circuit integration.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

 

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Degree Educated in an Engineering discipline
  • Expertise with RAPID, Solidworks, TIA Portal and Robot Studio.
  • Certified in PLC programming and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and suppliers to optimize designs and costs.
