Senior Associate Family Solicitor - Maidenhead

My client, a leading Thames Valley law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Family team in Maidenhead. The role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with a strong track record in business development and expertise in managing complex family law matters to join a highly regarded team at an award-winning firm.

The Role:

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including divorce, separation, financial remedy, and children law matters.
  • Draft pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements for privately funded clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the family law practice through business development and networking initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored legal advice and clear communication throughout the legal process.
  • Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy and legal expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to ensure efficient and effective client service.
  • Support, mentor, and help develop junior team members.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-8 years' PQE in family law.
  • Proven business development skills with the ability to generate new client pipelines.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
