We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join a progressive law firm based within a succesful property team in the Maidenhead area.

This role would suit candidates that have at least 1 year (ideally more) legal experience, also the position is purely office based and no hybrid working so you must be easily commutable to Maidenhead.

The main purpose of the role is to provide assistance and support to the solicitors and associates within the property team on a wide range of legal matters.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

- Assisting managing documentation.

- Drafting legal/property documentation.

- Obtaining and reviewing legal information.

- Drafting legal documentation (side letters, fee letters).

- Dealing with general day to day client queries.

- Preparing data to assist with the preparation of bills and reports.

- Ensuring compliance with client service requirements

- Updating systems and typing up reports

- To assist other team members with the aim of becoming proficient in the given sector

The Candidate

- Good team player, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic about providing great client service.

- Ability to work on own initiative and to manage own diary

- Ability to manage processes and prioritise.

- Strong IT skills

- Articulate and good legal admin skills/experience

The salary for this position is negotiable on experience and we envisage this to be in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 plus a good benefits package and a stable and progressive career.
