Key Responsibilities:
. Customer Service: Serve customers on the trade counter, process payments, and assist with order picking.
. Warehouse Duties: Pick, pack, and organise customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
. Stock Management: Check goods in, maintain stock rotation, and ensure correct bin locations.
. Vehicle Handling: Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
. Sales Administration: Process customer orders, manage invoicing, credits, and quotes.
. Stock Control & Purchasing: Assist in managing inventory and stock replenishment.
. General Duties: Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and self-motivation. Strong communication skills are essential.
Ideal Candidate:
. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
. Skills: Good communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
. Attributes: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
