My client is an expert in office and workspace design and build based in the Midlands that operate on a nationwide scale.
They are looking for a Site Manager to run one of their CAT A/CAT B office projects in Maidenhead.
The project is a customer facing role, so previous experience of this and being well-presented is essential.
This is a turn-key project valued at 1.2m, the likelihood of this growing throughout the project is high, end value likerly 12m. Includes external works.
You will be reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
Client is looking for an experienced site manager that has strong experience and background of managing CAT A/CAT B office projects up to 12m.
Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid.
