Mechanical Engineering Contractor
Permanent: Up to 35,000 + Package
Hybrid Working: 3/4 days in the office in Maidenhead
We are currently searching for an Administrator for a leading specialist Mechanical Engineering contractor in Maidenhead. Due to growth and very healthy orderbook, they have just opened a new office and as a result are increasing their headcount.
As Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the team with essential administrative tasks on live and upcoming projects throughout the UK and Europe.
General Duties:
- Prepare, organize, and file contracts, permits, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and coordinating communication between project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of project files, invoices, timesheets, and other documentation.
- Enter and update project information, budgets, and schedules in project management software.
- Help ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and compliance documentation are up-to-date.
- Act as a point of contact for project inquiries and relay important information to relevant team members.
- Support ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, often in collaboration with the procurement team.
- Oversee general office tasks, including supplies management, travel arrangements, and office scheduling.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2/3 years Adminstration experience in the construction/civil engineering sector.
- Able to commute into the office in Maidenhead a minimum of 3/4 days per week.
- Strong communications skills and ability to work as part of a large multinational team.
