Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the MD in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating global travel, and handling vehicle tax matters. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Global Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
* Vehicle Tax Management: Oversee all aspects of vehicle tax documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Meeting and Event Planning: Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both domestically and internationally.
* Office Administration: Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
* Confidential Correspondence Handling: Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and clients, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring effective communication.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in an industrial setting.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
