About the Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils across various classes, providing tailored support to help them thrive. The role offers exposure to structured interventions, such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), making it the perfect opportunity to deepen your understanding of SEN (Special Educational Needs) and mental health.
You’ll engage in activities such as art, music, play, and drama therapy, contributing to the children’s overall development while exploring your passion for working with individuals with additional needs.
