We are working with a fantastic company based in Maidenhead (they have parking) who are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team.

Working closely in a friendly team the successful candidate will be providing excellent customer support to their clients, helping with administration, processing information and payment reconciliation.

We welcome applications from candidates with or without administration experience, perhaps looking for their first office based role. And would also consider those with previous experience in a similar role.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. £12.55ph plus benefits.

Duties include

  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email to resolve queries and handle any issues that arise
  • Distribute administration emails across all clients
  • Using bespoke systems for all individual clients to look up customer details etc.
  • Use a bespoke system for charging card payment & handling refunds & cancellations through this system
  • Handling refunds by credit/debit card, cheque, or direct debit
  • Process query letters for failed credit/debit card payments
  • Incoming post recording & opening
  • Outgoing post preparing counting & logging on to the royal mail e-pro system.
  • Preparing and arranging parcels via courier
  • Printing of letters

Key skills required

  • Excellent problem solver, positive and flexible attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to learn fast under own initiative
  • Able to multi task, often switching between numerous clients and requirements on a day by day basis
  • A very good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
