About the Role:In this dynamic position, you will be at the heart of our training operations! Your primary responsibility will be managing bookings for training workshops and accreditation assessments. You'll collaborate with Project Executives to ensure delegates are well-prepared for their learning experiences.

What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in customer service contact and administration, showcasing a strong telephone manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 and Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Mail, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Client-Focused Attitude: Evidence of a client/customer-facing role with responsibilities.
  • organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Process Improvement: A keen eye for reviewing and enhancing processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong objection handling abilities.
  • Quality Orientation: A commitment to quality and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Passion for Automotive: A love for the automotive industry is a definite plus!
  • Training Experience: Previous training coordination experience is advantageous.
  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute to our Maidenhead office.
  • Eligibility: Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
