The role involves generating monthly payroll reports, resolving payroll discrepancies, and processing payroll accurately on a lunar payroll system.
Candidates should have experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality, particularly with hourly payrolls, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary of £48,434 per year, along with benefits associated with a global business.

Our client, a well known reputable global business within the entertainment & leisure space are looking for a Payroll Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

Generate monthly payroll reports and backup ensuring the maintenance of accurate payroll records.
Resolve payroll discrepancies or queries promptly and effectively using our service ticketing platform
Process payroll accurately on a lunar payroll
Ensure the correct calculation of pay items and payroll adjustments, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions

Experience working within retail, entertainment or hospitality would be highly advantageous as well as experience on hourly payrolls
