Technical Machine Setters - Extrusion Machinery
A leading manufacturing organisation is hiring for experienced Technical Machine setters - Extrusion Machinery for their team based in Maidenhead location. Candidates must have setting and maintenance experience of Machines.
Location : Maidenhead
Pay Rate : 15.55 - 16.11 per hour + 30% shift allowance
Shift Timings : Night shift (6.45pm to 7.00am)
Responsibilities :
- Candidates have to ensure the effective operation of the production line machinery with smooth operation as per required settings for the product.
- Candidates have to maintain, Strip, clean and rebuild the machinery and perform start up processes.
- Along with monitoring, candidates must also be able to trouble shoot if there are any issues in the process.
- Report heavy /major alerts with the site supervisor/managers
- Continuously monitor product quality, adjusting processes and/or material mix to ensure quality thresholds maintained.
- Candidates must have the ability to conduct fault testing, to diagnose problems and to problem solve issues that may sometimes be complex.
- Working knowledge of setting coilers, including BPB , pb rewind settings, LLDPE including coilers, Zumbach setting and more.
- Candidates must adhere to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
