The role:
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Ensure security measures are carried out with all visitors
- Booking meeting rooms, setting up the room and ensuring all arrangements have been made
- Ordering stock and stationery
- Liaise with facilities team to ensure all maintenance records are up to date
- Ensure reception area is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
The person:
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Previous experience in a Reception/Front office role
- Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills
- Strong administration skills
- Computer literate and able to use different systems
