Oakleaf are currently looking for a Hospital Receptionists to join our friendly team at our Windsor Care Hospital based near Maidenhead. This is a full-time permanent position.

Due to the exciting new expansion of this service, we have some really exciting opportunities opening up. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a forward thinking and friendly company that puts its staff at the heart of our business. Based across 2 sites Windsor Care is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of specialist mental health hospital services for adults and Nursing care.

Main duties of the role:-

  • To respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and effective manner, making sure manual and electronic records are maintained.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records for residents and staff members confidentially in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Dealing with telephone calls effectively from staff, doctors, social workers, family members and other professionals.
  • Liaising with head office staff accordingly.
  • Maintain an awareness of the Health and Safety requirements.
  • Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times
  • Continual Personal Development to develop oneself and the role.
  • In addition to these tasks, employees may at times be asked to carry out other reasonable duties as required by the service.

Personal Specification:-

  • Knowledge/Experience of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Ability to competently use the internet
  • Approachable and presentable
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong administration skills including numeracy and literacy
  • Willingness to help and go the extra mile
  • Excellent communication skills

Windsor Care is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of specialist mental health hospital services for adults and Nursing care. Windsor Care services have a dual purpose whereby mental health regulated activities run parallel to a Nursing Home environment, the services cater for the needs of both genders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
