Description
The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk are:
- To complete daily revenue audits
- Completing month-end procedures such as: journals, accruals and pre-payments
- Maintaining purchase ledgers
- Monitoring financial policies to maximise profitability
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk will:
- Have good knowledge of Excel and PMS Systems
- Have strong administration skills and a good eye for detail
- Be able to communicate effectively with the wider team
- Be able to work towards and meet deadlines
Job Offer
