Description

The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk are:

  • To complete daily revenue audits
  • Completing month-end procedures such as: journals, accruals and pre-payments
  • Maintaining purchase ledgers
  • Monitoring financial policies to maximise profitability

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk will:

  • Have good knowledge of Excel and PMS Systems
  • Have strong administration skills and a good eye for detail
  • Be able to communicate effectively with the wider team
  • Be able to work towards and meet deadlines
