Key ResponsibilitiesResident Experience
  • Be the face of excellent customer service, ensuring every stage of the resident journey is seamless.
  • Build strong relationships by proactively resolving issues and engaging with residents at key milestones.
  • Lead your team in achieving top satisfaction ratings across digital and face-to-face interactions.
  • Organize resident events and oversee bookings for community spaces.
Team Leadership
  • Inspire, coach, and mentor your team to excel in their roles.
  • Lead daily team meetings and conduct regular one-to-ones to ensure smooth operations.
  • Step in for the Neighbourhood Manager when needed.
Compliance & Health and Safety
  • Ensure all operations adhere to regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct inspections, manage HMO license requirements, and oversee compliance tasks.
  • Handle enforcement visits and liaise with authorities during legal processes.
Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate rotas, manage purchase orders, and maintain efficient systems to support smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with property and estate management teams to address any issues.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience: Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on customer service.
  • Skills: Confident communicator, solutions-focused problem-solver, and highly organized multitasker.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with property systems (e.g., Yardi/RentCafe) and medium-to-advanced computer skills.
