Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistanttojoin the early Years team at BCA on a part-time basis.

This is a 22.5-hour per week role (Working days: Monday , Wednesday and Thursday)

LSA – Early Years

Working 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE) this term time-only role requires you to work 37 weeks per year. You will be supporting students in the wonderful Early Years department at Berkshire College of Agriculture enabling students with a range of Special Educational Needs to access the curriculum as fully as possible.

By following the example and direction of the Learning Support Manager and Lecturers you will assist in teaching, learning, and associated activities in accordance with college policies, procedures, and individual EHCP (Education Health and Care Plans). This may include supporting whole classes, working 1 – 1 with students, or in small groups.

We’re looking for someone with a passion forsupportingstudents and removing barriers to learning and inclusion.
