About the Role:
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Pay: £95 per day (paid from day one, including a two-week trial)
  • Training: Comprehensive training provided upon successful trial completion
  • Responsibilities:
    • Supporting children with autism and PDA, some of whom may have cognitive abilities below their age.
    • Providing elements of personal care, including assistance with changing.
    • Helping students who may mask behaviours differently (girls often display this compared to boys).
    • Engaging with students in a meaningful way to help them develop and thrive in a supportive environment.
