About the Role:- Start Date: Immediate
- Pay: £95 per day (paid from day one, including a two-week trial)
- Training: Comprehensive training provided upon successful trial completion
- Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with autism and PDA, some of whom may have cognitive abilities below their age.
- Providing elements of personal care, including assistance with changing.
- Helping students who may mask behaviours differently (girls often display this compared to boys).
- Engaging with students in a meaningful way to help them develop and thrive in a supportive environment.
