I have an exciting role for a seasoned CRM professional/ manager to take ownership of a newly created role within my client to establish and optimise a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for them. They have an office close to Maidenhead and would like someone happy to go into the office 3 days a week (they have on site parking)
You'll be getting a new CRM system in place that enhances their customer relationships and marketing strategies. Reporting directly to their Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, re-marketing additional services, and supporting new customer acquisition. Initially, this role will operate as a standalone/ solo role with the potential to grow the CRM function as the business function expands.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building the CRM Function: Instrumental in the design, implementation, and management of getting a CRM system in place from scratch , working closely with stakeholders from across the business to gather requirements and identify and integrate appropriate CRM technologies and platforms that meet their needs.
- Data Integration: Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring GDPR compliance and accuracy. Establish processes for capturing and analysing customer data to generate actionable insights and segment customer data to be able to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Create and execute CRM marketing strategies to drive customer retention and engagement.Optimising lead generation and conversion while implementing remarketing strategies and cross-selling and upselling for an extensive customer base.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the business to create a unified and efficient CRM approach as well as providing training on it once it is rolled out.
What they are looking for:
- Proven experience in B2C CRM, ideally within high-volume, low-conversion environments.
- Previous experience of experience of selecting and implementing new platforms is highly desirable
- Strong technical expertise in CRM systems and data integration
- A strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
