About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of accounting. Youll prepare financial statements, monitor budgets, and assist in financial forecasting. Your analytical skills will be key in helping the company make informed decisions while contributing to strategic planning.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (45-hour week)
Key Duties
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
Process payment runs for approval
Overview of client invoicing, inter-company invoicing and ensure timely collections.
Liaising with company accountants, with monthly reports and reviews.
Preparation of monthly VAT and CIS returns.
Month-End Close: Assist with month-end close procedures, including reconciliation on inter-company balances and trading accounts, preparation of accrued/deferred income/costs.
Preparation of financial forecasting and budgets to help guide business planning
Assisting with month-end closing procedures
Key Requirements
ACCA / CIMA / AAT qualified
Proven experience of working with the XERO software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills
Proactive and self-motivated
