The Role: As an Estimator, you will be a key player in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various projects, primarily focused on healthcare and educational facilities. This position is based in Maidstone and offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will significantly contribute to the success of impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid submissions for healthcare and education projects.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to produce accurate estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project costs and timelines.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about pricing trends and costs in the industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
