Description
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Managing and mentoring a small team of accountants
- Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Analysing financial data and making recommendations to management
- Participating in financial audits and liaising with external auditors
- Implementing effective financial controls and procedures
- Contributing to financial strategy and decision-making processes
Profile
A successful ACCA/CIMA/ACA Finalist Management Accountant should have:
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA Finalist status (Must only have 1 paper remaining)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software - Strong Excel Skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables, Etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure
