- Develop and sustain relationships with specialists in other departments to share knowledge and enhance Technical and Advisory Services.
- Contribute to the team's understanding of members' needs and expectations, aiding colleagues in providing the best possible advice and guidance.
- Qualified accountant with strong technical knowledge and practical experience in accounting, auditing, and company law.
- Experience in a technical role or technical department is advantageous but not essential.
- Good knowledge and awareness of guidance produced by professional accounting bodies.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service across various communication channels, including webchat and AI bots.
- Strong team player with a willingness to adapt to meet evolving stakeholder needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
