We are in search of a Management Accountant with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics to join our finance team. This role is perfect for a finance professional who is analytical, detail-oriented, and looking to make a significant impact within a growing company.
Day-to-day of the role:- Preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Analysing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts.
- Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed.
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Working with Microsoft Dynamics to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting.
- Preparing for audits and liaising with external auditors as required.
- Assisting with budget preparation and managing budgetary controls.
- Providing insights into cost reduction opportunities and supporting profitability analysis.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
