Administrator £30,000 per annum Location: Gillingham
Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for supporting teams and ensuring smooth operations? Join a dynamic company as an Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in setting up users and managing essential office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up PCs, laptops, mobile phones, and other IT equipment for new users.
- Liaising with outsourced IT support to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth network operations.
- Updating and maintaining company asset and phone lists.
- Assisting with the setup and delivery of work equipment to team members across different locations.
- Managing technology assets, including laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Providing basic IT troubleshooting and administration support to employees.
- General office administration duties as required to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work effectively with external IT support teams.
- Experience managing IT equipment and software is a bonus but not essential.
